Yes. The tone of voice is chosen per project, from the profiles you have created.

PDFs, web articles by URL, YouTube videos and experts. The limits are 5 PDFs and 3 videos per project: beyond that, split the topic across several projects.

At step four, click "Write the content". The text appears in the "Pillar content production" area.

Moment uses generative AI models. Content is produced from your sources and settings, then chosen, adjusted and approved by you.

Yes, AI can produce inaccuracies, factual errors or unsuitable wording. Moment does not guarantee the accuracy of the content: you must review and approve it.

Yes, always. Reviewing and approving before publication is required by the terms of use, and responsibility for what you publish is yours.

AI models write fresh text every time, so two runs from the same inputs can differ. That is expected, and useful for comparing options.

Copy the part you want to keep before running it again: each regeneration writes an entirely new text.

Moment starts from your sources rather than from nothing, pulls facts, figures and quotes out of them, and lets you approve every step. On your side, pick reliable sources and check every figure against its original source.

From €190/month for the Core plan, which covers the pillar content. Format modules add €9 to €39/month each, and the All-inclusive plan costs €290/month. No VAT is added. On an annual plan, you pay twelve months at the price of ten.

Yes. The Core plan covers the whole production of the pillar content; the format modules are optional.

No, Moment works on a subscription. The monthly plan has no commitment: you can subscribe for one month and cancel.

Moment is not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price paid, and no VAT can be reclaimed on the invoice.

No. Card data is handled solely by Stripe and never passes through Moment's servers.

The subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically at each term, monthly or annual, unless cancelled.

None on the monthly plan. On the annual plan, the commitment is twelve months.

You can ask to cancel at any time; it takes effect at the annual term, with no renewal. The remaining months are not refunded.

Export each piece (copy, TXT, PDF, images) before your subscription ends. You can also request a copy of your data from chris@key-moment.com, under your right to data portability.

For the whole subscription, then thirty days after cancellation. Invoices are kept for ten years, connection logs for twelve months, and an inactive account for three years after its last activity.

Write to chris@key-moment.com with your first name, last name and the account email. You get an answer within one month, extendable by two months for a complex request.

Moment claims no rights over content generated from your data. Under French law, copyright protection requires an original human creation: your editing and rewriting strengthen that protection.

You remain the owner. Moment only holds a limited licence to process them in order to provide the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over any third-party content you upload.
